Ms. Monika is an all rounder. In the 4 years of her working at VOE, she has managed end to end working of the IELTS program.

After completing her BA from Guru Nanak Dev University, she worked in customer service roles for over 8 years. 

At VOE, Ms. Monika strives to focus on delivering high quality care to all students through operational efficiency.
